SUMMARY OF EXPENSES

The expenses for which Applicant seeks reimbursement total $1,871.33. The

amount charged by Applicant for photocopies is $0.20 per page, and the amount charged

for facsimile transmissions is $1.00 per page. All other expenses, such as postage and

process service, are charged at Applicant’s cost.

The majority of the expenses were photocopy and facsimile charges incurred in

connection with the filing and serving of pleadings and preparation for Trial in this case.
