ANALYSIS CURRENT RATIO:- Current ratio of BAJAJ is 0.69 and that of TATA is-0.62.

. Hence the current ratio of bajaj is better that TATA but it is way behind the standard current ratio which is 2:1. Hence both the companies need to work on the current ratio so that their cash is not held unecessary. QUICK RATIO:- Quick ratio of BAJAJ is 0.55 and that of TATAis 0.43 hence Bajajs ability to payy off the debt is better that TATA INVENTORY TURNOVER RATIO:- The inventory turnover ratio of BAJAJ is 28.87 and that of TATA is 13.50, hence here also bajaj performed better than TATA and has effeciently managed to sell off the inventory on time. ADJUSTED CASH FLOW TIME TOTAL DEBT: -Bajaj has ratio 0.69 and Tata has 6.40. Hence bajaj is not as efficient as TATA, the ratio of Tata is higher than that of the Bajaj. Book Value:- Book value Tata Motors is 259.03 and of Bajaj is Rs 202.40. Therefore, the shareholders of tata motors will earn more value. Net Operating Income Per Share:- Bajaj witnesses 816.49 NOIPS whereas Tata motors witnesses 619.98. This proves that baja is eraning more revenues than tata.

CONCLUSION Hence on comparing the ratios and working capital components between these to companies we realize that BAJAJ AUTO has been able to manage its working capital more effeciently
