With a view to improve the sports facilities and enhance the performance level in sports and games for the students of SJCET the sports committee was constituted with the following members. OBJECTIVES
1.Develop attitudes/skills to value and use physical activity for its health benefits. 2.Develop student physical fitness. 3.Develop specific skills to participate in a variety of sporting activities. 4.Develop skills for participation in sport organization and conduct at all levels. 5.Acquire knowledge of the rules, codes of behavior of various sports.

STUDENT TIME COMMITMENT

Monday to Friday Morning :5.00 am to 6.30 am Evening: 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm Saturday-Sunday & College holidays Morning 5.00 am to 8.00 am Evening 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm

Students are strictly advised to be on ground only on the above mentioned time

INTER DEPARMENTAL TOURNAMENT

Each and every year inter departmental sports and game activities will be conducted department wise. Overall championships, individual championships will be rewarded Basket ball, Volley ball and all athlete events such as200m,400m,800m, 1500m,4X100m,4X400m relays are conducted Field events such as long jump, high jump, triple jump, short put, discuss-throw are conducted.
