Women are wasting their time by watching T V. They are not getting any income.

They are not an independent they are facing a lot of problems by their husbands They are not independent they are facing a lot of problems by their husbands and husbands house. They are not allowed to move out freely and this lead to the further deterioration of their status. Commonly people think girls are burden or extra luggage for them so they dont want give education. But women can engage themselves in self employment such as Mushroom Cultivation without any education.

We, the Intel learn project team cordially invite the lady members of Devarahalli village to attend one day training program on Mushroom Cultivation. We hope that you will be present.

For this mushroom cultivation they have to invest up to 10000Rs. First they may be dont have money so they can take loan from any SHGs{Self-Help Groups} or from any banks and co- operatives. They can invest first after they can earn money and return back. For this money Panchayath will give Budget 50% as their concession and they 40 can use their own money which 30 is stored by women it is 25% and 20 10 0 another 25% from banks.

BUDGET

To become self employed, women can work in industries like preparing incense sticks , candle making, jam making , pickle making etc.. They can also work in industries and mills. In villages like Devarahalli, by keeping shops and ironing the clothes, they can earn money. So that they are able to meet their daily needs. The healthy women can go for the field for agriculture activities. They can earn their living by making pots and baskets. But now a days these pots and baskets may not be used by many people. So , we decided to do some special activity for women i.e., MUSHROOM CULTIVATION

For giving employment for the village women the Mushroom cultivation is best method. Hence huge investment in land is not required and it takes less time for production. So that women can do this cultivation easily. Another advantage of Mushroom growing is that it can grow in rooms which requires small area. That can be done in their homes also. Mushroom is having more nutrients as well as it is having high market value. So that it can be sold easily. It yield per unit area is highest of crops. Thus Mushroom growing is a profitable venture. Mushroom cultivation can be done by using agriculture waste from forest and industries. Those are easily available in the villages.

1. First we have to take polythene cover of the measure 1.5 feet length and feet width 2. Next we have to put some grass into that which is boiled and dried up. 3. Next we have to put seeds at the sides of the grass which is kept in the p.p cover. 4. After 18 days they grow and we have to cut cover. 5. And we have to spray water twice in a day. 6. The seeds are prepared in labs. 7. When it is grown after 23 to 25 days we have to them by scissor. 8. And within 1 day we have to sale it. If we keep it more than one day, then it becomes poisonous.
