When you build 2 ships of the same type (including Fighters), receive
a third ship of the same type for free.
SPECIAL ABILIITIES: The third ship does not count against production capacity of a Space
Dock. You can Line Produce also other players ships.
Effect of Enviro Compensator is doubled.

Every opponent can without your permission give you 1 TG to use above ability till Status Phase. Brain drainage

When you build units at a Space Dock, you may also build another player ships (with his permission) in an adjacent
(empty or controlled by him) system, which is then activated with his CC/SA (if hasn't been activated already).
He may pay half (rounding down) of cost with Resources.
Production of all units counts towards your capacity.

If you have WarSun Technology, you can produce WarSun for a player without this Technology.

You may trade ships, but you have to accept minimum their cost in TG. Buyer has to activate this system with his CC/SA,
if not activated already. Direct marketing.
When you scuttle your units, receive the cost of the units in Trade Goods. During next votings your influence is reduced by
number of these TG. Black market.
