WATCH METHOD: A TOOL FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP Each person has a watch on his/her wrist, and each one

of us looks at it many times a day. One can learn from the watch a great lesson through the five letters: WATCH. W tells you, Watch your Words A warns you, Watch your Actions T indicates, Watch your Thoughts C advises, Watch your Character H declares, Watch your Heart When people check their own watch, they should think of the lesson that the watch is giving. If everyone looks at the watch not only for Time but also for the great message the letters W-A-T-C-H are saying, then he/she will greatly benefit and the world be a very different place.

WATCH YOUR WORDS Watch your words and use them very carefully. Most misunderstandings arise out of carelessly spoken words. When the foot slips, the wound can be healed quickly; but when the tongue slips, the wound it causes in the heart of another will fester for life. If you use words that are good, holy, sacred, decent, wholesome, positive etc., there will be positive recordings in the sub-conscious mind, which will have positive influence on your personality and behavior. If you use words that are harmful, negative, unholy, foul, indecent etc., there will be negative recordings in the sub-conscious mind, which produce negative influence on his/her personality and the consequent behavior.
