1 Elle agit comme liaison entre les tudiants dans leur premire anne dtudes et le Comit excutif. 4.6.1.2 Elle aide recruter des bnvoles. 4.6.1.3 Elle vient en aide tous les autres membres du Comit excutif. 4.6.1.4 Elle assiste aux runions du Comit des promotions et vnements. 4.6.1.5 Elle devra reprsenter les intrts des tudiantes de premire anne au Dpartement. 4.6.1.6 Elle est responsable dcrire un rapport de transition pour son successeur avant la fin de son terme. 4.6.2 But Le but du poste de Reprsentant de premire anne est dassurer que les intrts des nouvelles tudiantes au Dpartement sont reprsents.

4.6 First Year Representative 4.6.1 Functions 4.6.1.1 She shall act as a liaison between students in their first year of study and the Executive Council. 4.6.1.2 She shall help recruit volunteers. 4.6.1.3 She shall assist other members of the Executive Council. 4.6.1.4 She shall attend meetings of the Promotions and Events Committee. 4.6.1.5 She shall represent the interests students in their first year of study in the Department. 4.6.1.6 She shall be responsible for writing a transition report for her successor before the end of her term. 4.6.2 Purpose The purpose of the position of the First Year Representative is to ensure that the interests of students who are new to the Department are represented.
