Maitree has arranged for two buses from Banyan Park and Borivali Nortel.

The buses
would leave sharp at 7:45 am from the two locations.

9 AM – Arrival at the Big Mama Resort at Danapani Rd., Madh Island.

9 – 10 AM - Breakfast and Ice Breakers

10 – 10:30 AM – Ms. Manisha Mohan and Mr. J.C Mistry talk about Tata Interactive’s
support to learning disability.

10:30 – 10:45 AM – Mrs. Veena Gupta from the Business Excellence team talks about
measuring the effectiveness of volunteering.

10:45 – 11 AM – Talk by Mrs. Mala Ramadorai and Dr. Ritu Anand(tentative).

11 AM – 1 PM – Address by Ms. Nina Screwvalla. Volunteers then share best practices

of various school initiatives. Briefing about Toastmasters and Bibliophile Club.

1 – 2 PM – Lunch Break

2 PM onwards – Fun activities, Water games and D.J

8 PM – Starting back for Mumbai

About the speakers:

Ms. Manisha Mohan heads the Design and Innovation Department at Tata Interactive
Systems. They are been supporting children with learning disability and have also
designed a s/w to help the children learn and understand.

Mrs. Mala Ramadorai is the founder member of TCS Maitree and the guiding force
behind all TCS Maitree initiatives.

Ms. Nina Screwvalla is the Chief Maitree Coordinator and has been associated with
Maitree from the time of its inception 5 years back. Her vision has helped in giving a
sense of belonging to all the TCS associates. She understood the challenges of being a
large organization and made sure that Maitree engages into all events and activities which
can give them joy and happiness.

Mrs. Veena Gupta is from the Business Excellence Team in TCS and is very actively
involved in various assessments for TBEM and CII Exim policy. Her guidance has made
us to think about the importance of processes, quantification and measurement for
excelling in the field of volunteering.

Dr. Ritu Anand is Vice President, HR in TCS and is the process owner for all Maitree
activities.
