If spare cost beyond the limit (SPY ZONE 5000, FM 2200, 101A, SCOUT, FUEL KIT, CAMERA, DISPLAY, MAGIC PRO.) then extra Amount will be chargeable.

FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD This AMC includes:

Visit to attend the complaints Checking of Product during the periodical visit Repairing of Product (Spares cost additional) during the periodical visit. Checking of power supply (voltage - OFF mode & On Mode) Checking of quality connection and continuity with our server. Checking of fuse contacts Checking of overall functions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Monthly maintenance of GPS SYSTEM This agreement is initially for a period of one year commencing from the date of payment of maintenance charges Any modifications or up gradations or any kind of add-ons to the GPS System will be charged extra. The FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD agrees to replace all spares free of cost in the GPS System except the Batteries. Standby system will be provided at no extra cost for the period of the contract for the GPS, except the Batteries. Maintenance charges are payable at the time of signing contract. In addition to the annual charges, any local taxes, such as sales tax etc. May be levied at the time of signing the contract may be charged at actual if applicable. No work shall be undertaken on FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD holiday and beyond office hours of company except by prior arrangement and at additional charge to the customer on a "Per Call Basis" at the standard rates currently in effect then. Any major upgrading of the Device. Any major failure of main Device Repair of malfunction or damage due to accident, Water damage, transportation, neglect, failure due to use of non-standard electrical power, alteration in machines by persons other FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD. The Customer should ensure that as far as possible a dust-free environment is provided at sites where GPS systems are installed. The Customer shall not shift or move the equipment from one said to another. Any such movements shall be conducted by the FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD or under the supervision of the FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD service personnel on chargeable basis. The Customer is solely responsible for keeping the systems, media and site adequately insured against risks such as burglary, fire, flood, etc..All damages or losses caused due to the above are beyond the scope of this agreement. The Customer will ensure that rats, insects, etc., do not invade the site and damage the systems covered in this contract. FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD is not responsible for any Device in vehicle harness problem such as system not working, hanging, physical damage problem and any water damage Device..

FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD Technical Support Executive (TSE) may be allowed to take the faulty component to the Test and Repair Center for due repairs if the need arise. FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD will provide Preventive Maintenance Service call on monthly basis.

OUR SERVICES: Preventive maintenance based on the specific need of each unit as determined by company, necessary adjustments and replacement of unserviceable minor parts like SOS switch, GSM ANTEENA, GPS ANTENNA. Remedial maintenance, on request for repairing functions. The parts replaced will be new parts or parts equivalent to new in performance. These parts shall be furnished on an exchange basis. The removed parts will become the property of FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD will provide service all over India During the period of maintenance agreement the device will not be relocated (or) transported without permission from FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD, And on such condition company reserve its right to terminate this agreement forthwith. On such termination, Company shall have no obligation or liabilities arising out of this agreement and the customer shall have no right to claim any refund or compensation. The obligation of FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD under this agreement excludes. This document constitutes the complete and ----------------------- exclusive statement of this agreement between the-----------customer and FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD and this agreement supersedes all proposals written or oral and all other communications and prior agreements between the parties and relating to the subject matter of this agreement signed by both parties.

PAYMENT TERMS: The Customer will pay Annual Maintenance Charges for the maintenance of the equipment specified in Annexure-1. The charges are to be paid by the CUSTOMER in full on commencement of the contract.

VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT: This agreement is valid for a period of 12 months from ..to .. it may by mutual consent be renewed before expiry for such further periods on such terms as may be mutually agreed upon.

FORCE MAJEURE:The FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD shall not be liable for any delay of failure of performance of any of its obligations under or arising out of this contract if the failure of delay results from any of the following; Acts of Gods, refusal of permission, other Govt. acts, fire, explosion, accident, industrial dispute and the like which renders it impossible or impractical for the FAST INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD to fulfill its obligations under the agreement.
