Aggression can be constructive if managed properly Aggression towards injustice leads many people to work towards reforming an injustice It can help us get through to other people when theres a sense of urgency that they fail to appreciate It can help defend us

Compassion
Deep awareness of the suffering of another It is the humane quality of understanding the suffering of others and wanting to solve it

Controlling Aggression
First is mindfulness, which is the ability to notice our experience Second is loving kindness, which is the ability to relate in a non-judgmental, caring way to ourselves and others

Phase 1 Phase one is looking at the situation from the other persons perspective Phase 2 Phase two understands that people must be in pain to act the way they act
