    3.NextselectAssignBaselineandchoosethenewprojectthatitcopied.

    Ifyoulookbelowyoucanseethecurrentprojectinredandthebaselineortheotherprojectin orangebelowit.Thereareonly3activitiesinthecurrentscheduleandthreeintheother schedule(thebaselineschedule)

    NowIadded1newactivitytothecurrentschedule.Ifyoulookbelowthereare4activitiesin thecurrentschedulebutonly3activitiesinthebaselineorotherschedule.NOorangebar (whichrepresentstheotherschedule)showhereforthelastactivity.

    4.ThekeytoupdatingtheotherscheduleorthebaselineistoselectProjectMaintainBaselines

    5.NextchooseUpdate

    6.Thisiswhereyouwilldecidewhatgetsupdatedfromthisscheduleintotheotherschedule. MakesuretocheckAddnewactivitiesandDeleteactivities.

    7.YoualsocanchangetheUpdateOptionstoincluderesourcesandwhateverelseyouwant updatedontheotherprojectbyselectingtheUpdateOptionsbutton. Thisiswhereyoumaychooseadditionalitemstobeupdated.

    8.ChangeyouroptionstowhatyouwantthemtobeandselectOK 9.ThenselectUPDATE Youwillreceiveadialogboxstatingthattheupdateprocesswascomplete

    Nowifyoulookattheactivitiesagainintheganttchartareayouwillseethenewactivityinthe correspondingbaselinescheduleorotherschedulenowshowupORANGEBARNOWPRESENT
