CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

WATERBORNE INORGANIC ZINC RICH PRIMER

PRE-QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST

The following products have been evaluated and determined to comply with
specification requirements for waterborne inorganic zinc rich primers (AASHTO
M-300, Type II) used in undercoating properly prepared structural steel in
transportation maintenance and construction projects. The manufacturer should be
contacted to determine conformance to the color requirement when finish coats
are not specified.

Individual batches/lots of each component will require testing by the

Division of Materials Engineering and Testing Services to assure compliance with
specification requirements unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. A products
presence on this list does not relieve it from the requirements of Section 6
"Control of Materials" in the Standard Specifications.
