Du hiu bo trc cn au tim ph n Bnh tim hin l nguyn nhn hng u gy t vong ph n sau thi k mn kinh. Ph n cht v bnh tim nhiu hn c v cc chng ung th phi hay ung th v. Mi nm, mt na con s t vong v bnh tim Bc M l ph n. Nhng bnh tim khng ch l nhng cn au tim, m cn gm c nhng cn t qy cng nh ton b cc vn gy ra do s tun hon khng tt ca mu. 11. Tm hiu v cht bo V mt chuyn mn, cht bo c gi l acid bo, l thnh phn dinh dng rt quan trng cho cc t bo ca chng ta. Chng ta khng th sng c nu khng c cc acid bo. Nu bn quan st k mt phn t acid bo, bn s nhn ra c ba loi acid bo khc nhau trong : loi c dng rn, tc l dng bo ha (saturated), dng cha bo ha kt cu n (monounsaturated) l dng t rn hn vi cc ngoi l l du -liu v du phng, v dng cha bo ha kt cu a (polyunsaturated) l dng lng. Hai dng sau thng c ch chung mt cch n gin l acid bo cha bo ha (unsaturated), phn bit vi dng acid bo bo ha (saturated). Ba dng acid bo ny kt hp vi glycerol to thnh mt cht ha hc gi l triglyceride. Cht bo c cung cp t cc loi thc phm nh tht, cc sn phm ch bin t sa, v cc loi du thc vt. Cc ngun khc na gm c da (60% cht bo), u phng (78% cht bo), b (82% cht bo).
