2. No materials the costs of which have not been recovered
have been issued to the contractor except such are specially
provided in the agreement.

1. Md. Maqbool Rather Propriter engaged in carrying on business

under the name and style M/s Kasana Brothers- Bee Aar
Construction Co. (JV) with the office at Hariganiwan, Kangan,
state J&K having worked as SUB CONTRACTOR to M/S
IRCON International limited, under the pursuant to sub-
contract agreement/ letter of award bearing no:
IRCON/1008/J&K-DLI/EW-25/ dated: 21-07-2003 and
agreement dated: 21-07-2003 After completion of above
said work, have scrutinized all my claims, contentions,
disputes, issues with the project officials.

3. I confirm that I am entitled to Rs. NIL only in full and

final settlement of all my claims, issues and contentions from
M/s IRCON International Ltd. I Confirm and declare that with
the receipt of aforesaid monies, claims, disputes, differences
between my above said business nad M/S IRCON
International Limited. Under and with reference to above
said agreement/ letter of award IRCON/1008/J&K-DLI/EW/
E-25 Dated: 21-07-2003 stands fully and finally settled.
