ABSTRACT The increase of the status of the pre-school protein energy malnutrition that fully did not yet

satisfy in the Community Health Centre of Wonoayu Kabupaten Sidoarjo. The design of the research that was used was analytical korelasional with the approach cross sectional. The sample totalling 48 pre-schoolers not all that protein energy in the Community Health Centre of Wonoayu Kabupaten Sidoarjo that filled the criterion inklusi. The technique sampling that was used "Non Probability Sampling" by purposive sampling. The research data was taken in April up to June 2010 in the Community Health Centre of Wonoayu Kabupaten Sidoarjo by using the questionnaire and the giving table of PMT-P and observation of the weight one month in 3 months,the results were tested by using the Wilcoxon Test. In the based on the picture 5,4 were obtained by the data that KEP preschoolers were in the Community Health Centre of Wonoayu Kabupaten Sidoarjo met by 34 pre-schoolers (71%) got PMT-P totalling 12-18 Profimilk boxes, 14 pre-schoolers got PMT totalling 6-11 milk boxes. Whereas the status of the preschool nutrient from 14 pre-schoolers who met PMT-P was (6-11 cardboard boxes) experienced the change that is from 11 pre-schoolers with BB low and 3 weight pre-schoolers were very low changed to 1 pre-schooler with BB more, 7 pre-schoolers BB low and 6 pre-schoolers BB very low. Whereas from 34 preschoolers who met PMT-P good (12-18 boxes) the change that happened from 21 pre-schoolers BB low and 13 pre-schoolers BB very low became 12 Pre-schoolers BB normal, 19 pre-schoolers BB low, and 16 BB really rendah. this showed had giving relations of additional Food of restoration with the status of the pre-school protein energy malnutrition in the Community Health Centre of Wonoayu Kabupaten Sidoarjo. After being tested by statistics it was obtained the value = 0,033 with the level of the closeness 0.005. Based on results of the research above must be recommended to the mother of pre-schoolers protein energy malnutrition, the nutritionist and the holder of the main program of the improvement of the nutrient in the Community Health Centre of Wonoayu Kabupaten Sidoarjo so that the condition for the status of the pre-school protein energy malnutrition could be increased.
