Nabuur Village Project Plan

Narrative: The needs of the village are to implement a “project plan” before the LR and FAC
continue in handing out “tasks” to volunteers. This “project plan” is meant to be usable for various
village “issues”; including the “issue” of “recruiting skilled talent” for a village to create “skilled
volunteer teams” before working on “village related issues”.

A. Current Status of the Village- Description of what is happening, both good and bad.

B. Ideal Status of the Village- This is the ideal that the village is working for.

C. Current Village Skills and Skill Levels- This is a description of current volunteers.

D. Ideal Village Skills and Skill Levels- This is a description of the ideal skills needed.

E. Methods or Keys to reaching the Ideal Status- Project plan explaining how to reach
ultimate goals of the ideal status.
