Equipment:
1. MIG welding machine
2. Preheat chalk
3. Preheat torch
4. Grinder
5. Full welding fixture

Welding machine setting: Welding voltage 30V

Welding current 340 - 360
Welding wire: 1.2mm Diameter Flux Cored wire – FLUXOFIL 41
Shield gas: Argonmixed 80% Ar, 20%CO2

1. Heat the edge of between the spring seat and axle by using preheat torch.
Heat at another spring seat and both other sides.

2. Use preheat chalk to check whether the temperature of axle and spring seat
over 200oC.

3. Full welding 3 passes on edges of spring seat and axle. Welding must
alternated so that it is evenly secured down. See attached drawing 792109 for
detail welding procedure.

4. Weld first pass on the edge between spring eat and axle.. Repeat same step
at other spring seat edge. See attached drawing 792109 for welding direction.

5. Weld second pass by overlap first pass and edge of spring seat. Repeat same
step at other spring seat. See attached drawing 792109 for welding direction.

6. Weld third pass overlap the second pass, first pass and the axle. Repeat same
step on other spring seat edge. See attached drawing 792109 for welding
direction.

7. Turn over the axle and weld 3 passes on the other side of both spring seats.
Repeat step 4-6.

8. Clear weld spatter using grinder.
