Sir,

Having examined the Tender Documents including Conditions of Contract and

Specifications including Addenda Nos. (Insert Numbers), the receipt of which is
hereby duly acknowledged, we, the undersigned, offer for project title in
conformity with the said Drawings, Conditions of the Contract and Specification
for the sum of (refer to cost below) or such other sums as may be ascertained in
accordance with the Schedules Nos. (6, 7, 19, 20) attached herewith and made
part of this Tender.

1. Total Equipment, Software and Implementation Cost(total amount

in words and figures)
2. Total Four (4) Years Maintenance Cost (total amount in words and
figures)
3. Total Tender amount in words and figures (amount 1 plus amount
2)

We undertake, if our Tender is accepted, to commence delivery within (number)

days and to complete delivery of all the items specified in the Contract within
(number) days calculated from the date receipt of your Letter of Acceptance /
Letter of Credit.

If our Tender is accepted we will obtain the guarantee of a Bank in the sum
equivalent to 10% of the Contract sum for the due performance of the Contract.

We agree to able by this Tender for a period of words (number) months from the
deadline for submission of tender under Clause 8 of Section 1 of the Instructions
to Tenderer and shall remain binding upon us and may accepted at any time
before the expiration of the period..

Until a formal contract is prepared and executed, this Tender, together with your
written acceptance thereof in your notification of award shall constitute a binding
contract between us. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest
or any Tender you may receive.
