I would like to thank God first of all for giving me the strength to finish my

Thesis. I would like to thank my parents for supporting me and helping me

distribute my questionnaire to my respondents. I would like to thank all the

teachers who guided me to finish my thesis, especially Mr. Rene Estomo who

helped me use the SPSS program. I would also like to thank all my classmates

who helped me in this thesis, especially Christopher Millora who edited my

questionnaire and everything.

Abstract

This study deals with the level of satisfaction of the Villa Allegria residents

on the services offered by HDL Developer. There are 17 respondents which are

selected to answer the questionnaire given to them. This study use a purposive

method to gather the respondents. The residents of the Villa Allegria residents

were classified as gender, occupation, economic status and or as a whole.

Descriptive statistics employed were descriptive counts, and mean, belonging to

the descriptive data analysis. The findings of this study revealed that the

residents were very highly satisfied on the services offered by HDL Developer.
