ABSTRACT The nature of work and workloads in teaching nursing changes very fast, this is due to some changes

in the curriculum and new updates to the nursing practice itself. As nursing evolves in terms of new innovations and practices, clinical instructors are not only entitled to teach but also to study changes in the nursing practice to ensure production of competitive and knowledgeable future nurses based on the vision of their institutions. Now, work-related stresses possess a risk to health of workers including clinical instructors. With this in observance, this analysis targets to resolve the common causes of work-related stress and their coping mechanisms. This study was conducted at Far Eastern University-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, Institute of Medicine wherein clinical instructors teaching at the second, third and fourth year level were intentionally chosen as respondents. This study uses a descriptive type of research design in identifying the relationship between the stressors and the coping mechanism of clinical instructors. Non probability sampling was used wherein the researchers limited the sample to 40 respondents only. The research instrument used is a survey questionnaire. Datas were collected, analyzed and translated afterwards conclusions and recommendations were made.
