PREFACE
The completion of this project partially fulfillment of BBA (Hons) degree from MCCM affiliated with Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Agricultural University Peshawar. The project has a vital role in the degree of BBA (Hons) or you can say that BBA (Hons) is incomplete without this project. The project provides me an opportunity to see gaudiness and references from various resources which enhance my knowledge and provide helpful in my finance career. In this project I mainly focused credit management of National Bank of Pakistan throughout the country this project report would serve on excellent material for the reader and will help them. I collect this material from primary data as well as from secondary data and hope that this humble effort of mine will be helpful for new BBA (Hons) students

EXECTIVE SUMMARY
National Bank of Pakistan is a leading Bank and multinational Bank operated in Pakistan from 9th November, 1949, it has approximately 1500 Branches inside the Pakistan and it performs their operations in overseas and it has 24 Branches. First chapter of the report contains introduction of study, scopes and methodology of study. Second chapter contains full introduction & information & History of National Bank of Pakistan. Third chapter contains services provide by National Bank of Pakistan nationwide & internationally. Forth chapter contains work done by me and discussion of departments in NBP. Fifth chapter is about analysis of financial statements & Sixth chapter is about S.W.O.T analysis and last chapter contains conclusion and recommendations.
