ABSTRACT This projects aims to introduce the Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in Pakistan.

Making the construction firms aware of the benefits of BIM and how useful it can be in reducing Time and Cost, improving Quality and managing Risks. Three ways were adapted for the Evaluation of BIM; through Questionnaire, Studying Three Dimensional Modeling and through Case Studies. Final results were extracted from the three used methods and recommended for future research. BIM provides powerful new value to the construction industry firms that adopt it. The advantages of using BIM and Three Dimensional Modeling are very understandable. This improves constructability, adherence to schedule and budget, lifecycle management and productivity for everyone involved. Its use is recommended to construction firms and concluded that using BIM is very profitable to the company. Keywords: BIM, Three Dimensional Modeling, Constructability, Lifecycle Management
