Prohibition of employment of young children (50) Most positive factor of factory act 1934 is that the child under

the age of 14 is not allowed to work in factory because the child under the age of 14 is not physically or mentally strong. Many national and international NGOs are working against the child labor they think the person who has not completed school education should not be allowed to work in factory Non-adult workers to carry tokens giving reference to certificate of fitness (51) This sec is made for the healthy and safety of adolescents. This token will ensure that adolescent is applicable for the heavy work in factory Restrictions on the working hours of a child (54) This clause prevent child from overload of work and decrease in stress. As this act state that Child shall not be allowed to work in a factory for more than five hours in any day. One thing should be change in this act that the time of working in the factory should be after the school so they can complete their school education Register of child workers. (56)

This sec has fully described that manager should maintain the record of child worker but doesnt described that if any child worker has not register his name or other particular things will he or she be able to work in the factory?
Power to require medical examination (58) This sec has clearly described that no worker should be allowed to work in a factory unless he or she has been granted a certificate of fitness by a certifying surgeon. So this will ensure that the workers who are working in the factory are mentally and physically strong
