What is this project about?
 Some clues:
 As a Grundtvig project, it is related about adult
education
 It also concerns the ICT (Information and
Communication Technologies)
 It promotes the active participation and
citizenship
Background
 The use of ICT among younger is totally
accepted; they use the technology as a part of
their live, which is totally integrated
 Compared with younger, the role of techonology
is considered different in adults and seniors
 The use of technology not only to surf and
communicate, also to learn, actuate, participate,
is an area that in some cases, the elderly have
not take advantage still
What barriers we should overpass?
 Break any fear or ignorance. Make
technology easy to everybody. Show the
advantages and get nearer
 Provide courses and learning methods so
everybody can learn to use the ICT
 Promote the use of ICT not only as a toy,
also as a big power that can increase the
quality of life, education, integration, etc.
What is this project for?
 As a learning partnership project it
pretends to:
 Join similar organisations with similar aims to
help reach their own objectives
 Increase the quality of each organisation
 Contribute with the efforts of everybody to
reach the main objectives of the project.

What is the project plan?
 The project begun August 2008 and will finish
July 2010.
 During this 2 years it is foreseen to meet in 5
countries, share activities and enable the
information flow.
 This will make possible the transfer of
knowledge among the institutions
 The participation of learners is fundamental.
