The value lesson about nouns is that learn to appreciate on what the world have. Appreciate the people around you, animals that are in surroundings clean the places that are getting dirty and join or help to some events that are for the nature. By this way you as a pupil are helping to save the MOTHER EARTH. 2. Was the value taught alone or is integrated with a cognitive or skill lesson.  The value was combined with a cognitive and skill lesson of teaching. Because of the reason that the pupils can determine easily nouns they have the insights about the subject. The teacher uses some maneuvers like displaying a picture and determining it out by calling one of her pupils to stand up and determine it out. By the help of the diverse cognitive and skill lesson pupils becoming more keen and clever. 3. How was the value lesson developed?  The value lesson was being developed by the instructor by means of teaching the lesson gradually. By the help of teaching the lesson proper gradually the mind of the pupil is not discrete it helps the pupil to become more confident on studying his lesson very well. The pupils are getting comfortable if they catch up the lesson very well. Like in Grade 3-6 they are happy when they are learning. The reason behind that learning is the determination of the pupils to learn more about the lesson. This might help them for the upcoming school years about the development of their subject. 4. My Reflection 1) Someone said They are dull teacher, dull textbooks, dull films, but no dull subject. Do you agree? 2) How should you organize subject matter? Copy lesson plan, be it cognitive skills or value lesson so that your teaching will always be fresh and interesting.

 Teacher is the instructor the classroom manager is the order in the room. He/She might be slow learner. But he/she can improve his/herself to become more efficient and effective so that he/she will not be called a dull teacher. The case of being dull by a teacher will not happen because how come that he/he become a teacher if he/she is a dull. There are no dull textbooks. These textbooks are made for the enhancement of a pupils mind. The reason that these books are authorized by Educated Professional people and the books contains knowledge and skills that a pupil may use to enhance his/her self-learning. There might be dull films but not for an education films for the reason that this films helps to educate pupils that the director of this film should take at risk the viewers of the film are children. There are no dull subjects I agree. Subjects being taught by the teachers are useful meaning it helps the pupils mind in a real world it helps a pupil to become educated ad it makes a pupil to become keen. These subjects are made by educated persons who are educating people for real life. 1) Organizing subject matter is a job of a teacher. In organizing it takes first the subject lesson and study on it. 2) It should be well organize for better understanding. This might help you to become more efficient and effective. 3) The subject matter should be well explained. You should put some interesting plays to make the class alive. 4) In making these plans you should take your time correctly. Make your lesson plan sagacious. 5) Apply the guiding principle in making your lesson plan. It should be strategic and researched. 6) You should put some teaching interactive plays. To make your plan more exciting and enjoyable. 7) The logical development of lesson should be well furnished meaning equipped with knowledge. 8) Furthermore a lesson plan should be fulfill before going to school. A teacher comes to school with his lesson plan. 9) It is effective also if you use some games for class. This is for their mental development. 10) Make use of some places in your campus that helps the childs acceleration and coordination. 11) Analyze on the pupils mind for you to easily catch up on them. Be patient about the attitude and behavior of the child. 12) Make it easy for them in learning the lesson proper. It might help them.

13) Accomplish all the ways to have a cognitive skills and value lesson to have an interesting and enjoyable class.
