computerized based information system. Suppose you are in the design team who is developing a technology based information system. What factors would you consider while developing a new system? Mention at least five factors. [5 marks]

Solution:
Being a Designer I ll take the shoe company as my cutomer: 1- first of all I had to know that what are demands about the system design by my customer 2- i had to design the system which supports the shoe design work better than manual work which requires more time and money wastage too 3- I ll design a three D system of shoe designing for company 4- But I ll also consider that the budget consumed in this project must be low 5- Computerized design specially the colour matching system should be too latest 6- This ll reduce the time to prepare the physical model by manual help 7- As the shoes are main sports accessories too so I ll consider the whole globally demaded feature by customers plus consumers 8- I ll design such infmation system that can cope up with all situation 9- better colour combination could be generated and also the three dimentional models too 10this system should be able to arrange the information in the form of images and graphs 11this system could provide us better designs of shoes to suggest alternatives.

Closed loop system Reasons: 1-Has the ability to control the output due to existence of control mechanism. 2- Results are controlled 3-external environment has no influence on result. 4- Results are compared with the objectives/budget through controls mechanism
