    GENERAL MARKETING AGREEMENT

    This is an agreement entered on the 11 January 2012 between : PT. DONGBANG DEVELOPMENT, having its office at Wisma Korindo, 10th Floor, Jl. M. T. Haryono Kav. 62, Jakarta 12780. PT. JAKARTA LAND MANAGEMENT, having its office at Wisma Metropolitan I, 8th Floor, Jl. Jendral Sudirman Kav. 29, Jakarta 12920. PT. Jakarta Land Management, hereby agree and acknowledge PT. Dongbang Development as co-broking agent for the lease of an office space located on the Wisma Korindo whereas the address is on Jl. M. T. Haryono Kav. 62, Jakarta 12780. Upon the successful leasing transaction within the building, PT. Jakarta Land Management shall be entitled to a fee equivalent to 5% (five percent) x the area leased in square metres semi gross x agreed Gross Rental x number of months in the lease term.
