Dear Sirs Review of Banking Arrangements We are writing to inform you that over the past few months The Royal Bank of Scotland Group ("RBSG") has been evaluating its operational risk, policies and appetite in relation to online gambling. As a result of the evaluation, RBSG has concluded that certain operators sit outside our risk appetite in this sector. We regret to inform you that Smarkets Ltd are one of those companies and as a consequence we will no longer provide you the facilities that form part of your banking arrangements with us. You will therefore need to make alternative banking arrangements outside of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Card Facility The Bank will withdraw your card facility one month from the date of this letter meaning that on 1st March 2012, the card facility must have been repaid in full. Banking Arrangements All of your other banking arrangements, including your accounts and Bankline, will be cancelled and closed on 30th March 2012. In the event that alternative arrangements have not been made by this time, then any credit balances held on the account(s) will be returned to you in the form of a cheque. We assure you that we have only reached this decision after careful consideration, however our decision is final and we are not prepared to enter into any discussion in relation to it.
