He continues to voice his opinion about the future of his country. He reminds the younger generation that these times are too big a challenge and he is concerned and disturbed when he sees the net of deceit spread
everywhere . Hence, he urges the younger generation to wake up and form ranks . He knows that his days are numbered, yet his fighting spirit is still strong. He urges them to be courageous and patriotic, to
fight for justice because as loyal citizens it is their duty to protect the freedom of their beloved country.
Stanza 1: The persona is now old, tired and weak. He was a soldier who fought for freedom. He sacrificed his life and suffered for his country s independence.
Stanza 2: He was badly wounded and crippled. So, he is in a wheelchair. Now, he is worried about threats and challenges in his country. There is corruption everywhere.
Stanza 3: The persona wants the younger generation to be brave and stand up for their freedom. He want them to unite and fight for justice and protect their country from threats and problems.
Stanza 4: The persona says nobody will listen to him because he is old and powerless to fight. He demands that the young people speak up for their rights and freedom.

Stanza 1 & 2 gloomy(depressing) & sad Persona-helpless because he is now old, weak and powerless. He can only sit on his wheelchair and watch what is going on around him.
