y Authorized PTW holder shall ensure obtaining and maintaining valid work permit. y The worksite supervisor responsible for this activity has to check the PPE of his staff to ensure that all required items are available and properly used. y Inform all workers regarding permit condition before work starts. y Worksite supervisor shall conduct toolbox talks about nature of works and associated potential hazards and their essential precautionary measure.

y Follow mobilization schedule and arrange the required document to avoid any cause of delay. y The supervisor responsible for this activity has to check the PPE of his staff to ensure all required items are available and correctly used. y The supervisor with the assistance of the HSE officer shall give a pre start briefing to all staff involved pointing out the job steps and how they will be conducted. The staff shall be told the emergency procedure should there be any incident during this activity. y Keep working platform clear of debris or liquid spills. If a spill cant be cleaned immediately, cordon the area and keep sign to warn others of the potential hazard. y Keep tools and equipment in a safe side and not scattered on the platform. y Use insulated terminal screw while removing the wire connection y Ensure that the power supply is shutting off before will proceed to disconnect the wire y Keep tape isolation for the terminal wiring after removing to the connection y Ensure to make a proper platform wich is established to safe working platform. y Use fall arrest system and ensure a 100% tie off while working at heights. y Ensure that platforms are safe to use.
