1st u have to mix well ina blender in a mixi all d cut panni vecha Onion, tomato,garlic,all the garam

masala podi n all other podis n ginger n make them into afine paste; wen u grind em in blender u get all d flavour intact. put it in a frying pan n add oil; n let it get fried 4 sometime till it becomes golden brown, all d water has 2 eveporate then u have to add d vegetables boiled gobi,or potato or kadalai or paneer add some waterand mix
