Sr. Vice President (Head-QS & Billing) Gurgaon

Position Summary: The Head QS-Billing shall be responsible for controlling and managing all projects sites, client management and developing new business areas. The key responsibilities include: 1. Anchor QS as Business Line 2. Meeting and Interfacing client and key contractors 3. Be responsible for one of the largest site, where work is happening, L&T is contractor, largest group housing in Gurgaon (7 Mn sqft) ; Key scope and role is Cost management and procurement of works and controlling base line cost 4. Provide services for controlled billing and payment clarification of various contractors/suppliers for all the activities like Civil, Structural, Finishing, External development Works, Landscape Works and M.E.P. & Allied Services etc. 5. Analysis of cost for change order, 6. Calculation of quantity for material order 7. Checking, verification and inspection of sub contractors work and certify their bills 8. Verification of Tender Documents and Price queries pertaining to any discrepancy 9. Floating inquiries for material price, study, comparison and negotiation with suppliers / sub contractors 10. Audit of statement of materials. 11. Audit of Payment made to various contractors/vendor with respect to work done 12. Audit of quantities of work completed and in progress

Remuneration (CTC): 19,50,000/- (per annum) The salary level will be discussed with the applicant and the level of experience will be taken into account when setting the salary.
