Jones Jr. 523 Rene Street Alexandria, La. 71302 Re: Agenda item Docket No. 11-1926 Dear Ms. Boykin, Today you have a item that will come before you titled Agenda item Docket No. 11-1926. This is the Political Action Committee that is called Revitalizing Our Community. I would like to inform you that this particular group is full of "seasoned veterans" who knew exactly all of the guidelines and procedures of disclosing information when dealing with governmental monies. Ethics is a small word with such a grand and profound meeting. It is a set of moral principles. We learned them as children then we begin a family ourselves and train and teach them those same basic principles. I know for a fact several members are past elected officials who are very knowledgeable about meeting campaign requirements and reports. If you all allow them to get a reduced fee or pay no fee at all you are sending a message that its okay to break rules and that they will get a break. We have to set examples and what I am proud of is this body time and time again has proven to make sure that elected officials are expected to uphold the law and follow the rules set forth by Louisiana Constitution and the local parish or municipal government documents. There is no need to delay or waive I ask that you enforce the fees placed on them and that they are held to the same moral standards our ethic board would require from seasoned campaigners like themselves. If you have any questions for me please contact me as soon as possible. I thank you for your time and hope the committee does the right thing and enforce judgement that they pay the fine 0[$7,729.00. Please I ask of you all to do what is right. Let's enforce the rules we have set forth. Lets follow moral principles. In Progression,

Jerry W. Jones Jr.
