1. All proposals should be send to the finance committee chairperson and a copy to the chair of
the FAA.

2. Must include 2 letters of recommendation and a budget
3. If the agency/church has received funding from FAA before, its report for the funded program
must be included before the request can be approved.
4. Person (or representative of a group/individual) submitting the proposal may be requested to
appear before the Finance Committee.
5. If approved, the fund will be made available during the annual conference of NIC.
