Way of conducting Tool Box


We encourage and nominate worker
to talk everyday tool box using the Play the safety game Worker choose the card, read, explain and share with the work group and then later supervisor elaborate

Safety Incentives system


Quarterly Safety Incentives SGD 100 will be credited to the worker. Among will be deducted every safety infringement occur. At the end of the quarter, the data will be submitted to the office for the among credited into the worker salary.
