Criteria for a successful RRJ


You are to write a Reading response journal entry on a given book. A successful RRJ it should contain all of the following.
Criteria Beginning containing: Title, Author , Introduce Main Characters (with capital letters), Setting important events from beginning of book Middle: Main event (problem) End: important events that led from the main event (problem) to the solution Solution Reect on the authors voice or style and give examples to support your opinion (min 1 paragraph including any of the following) particular vocabulary the author uses purpose of the writing (to entertain, to inform, to make you laugh) audience sentence structure topic character development message/moral Steps to success ing and ly sentence starter adjectives and adverbs embedded clauses ambitious (juicy) vocabulary range of punctuation range of sentence lengths paragraphs Check Comment

Maximum length: 350 words or one handwritten page.
