Dear Judge: We would be pleased to use your services as judge for the ELECTACE2K12 a State Level Symposium, who are organized by Electronics Association of Siddhartha Students (EASS). The Fest will be held on [*Friday], January, 20th at P.B. Siddhartha College of Arts & Science. We are very proud to introduce the Idea presentation first time in state level from our college, and the other events are like this Paper Presentation, Poster Presentation, Project Exhibit, and Technical Quiz. As a judge, we would like you to use your expertise in determining how well these youngsters understand and use the computation program. You will rate about twenty colleges students by observing their presentations and asking them questions to determine their understanding of their chosen focus. There will be a breakfast prior to the judging where we will present a short training program discussing the scoring standards and an overall orientation to the Symposium. And we are also very happy to launching online registrations to all above mentioned events and the Symposium site is www.electrace.eassvijayawada.com. Here we attached a brochure and event details for an easy clarification to judge. Please give us your answer by completing the enclosed form and returning it to us in the enclosed envelope no later than December [*20], 19[*xx].
