RESOLUTION 3:5 1 OF 2012 RESOLUTION CREATING AND APPOINTING TEMPORARY CLEANER WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Hyde Park has determined that it is necessary to create the position of a temporary cleaner to provide for additional cleaning necessary due to the opening of a Town of Hyde Park Police Court Facility, and said temporary position is subject to the rules of the Dutchess County Department of Human Resources.

BE IT RESOLVED, that Deborah Gibson is hereby appointed to the position of Temporary Cleaner to provide additional cleaning under the direction of the Highway Superintendent, effective March 6, 2012, at an hourly rate of $13.00 per hour, not to exceed 20 hours per payroll period for a time period not to exceed ninety (90) days; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a permanent position with the CSEA Town Hall Unit will be created and filled at a later date. RESOLUTION 3:5 2 OF 2012 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR CONTRACT BETWEEN TOWN OF HYDE PARK AND AIRFLOW CONDITIONING AND HEATING INC. WHEREAS, the Town of Hyde Park entered into a contract with Airflow Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating, Inc. (Airflow) to provide certain goods and material for the Town of Hyde Park police and court facility at an original contract price of $307,540.00; and WHEREAS, the Contract Change Order was approved by the Town Board by Resolution 1.30 5 of 2010 increasing the contract price to $310,079.98; and WHEREAS, a Contract Change Order has been submitted by the Contractor in the form of AIA Document G701-2001 (Change Order No. 002) requesting an increase in the Contract price of $1060.00; and WHEREAS, the Change Order has been reviewed and approved by Mauri Associates Architects, PC, the Towns consulting architects for said project. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Hyde Park Supervisor is hereby authorized to sign the Change Order dated February 24, 2012 as approved by the Towns consulting architects to increase the contract price to $311,139.98. RESOLUTION 3:5 3 OF 2012 RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM TRUITT AS LIAISON TO THE TEGTMEIER MEMORIAL COMMITTEE BE IT RESOLVED, that William Truitt is hereby appointed as Town Board Liaison to the Tegtmeier Memorial Committee effective March 5, 2012. RESOLUTION 3:5 4 OF 2012 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR CONTRACT BETWEEN TOWN OF HYDE PARK AND TRANSITIONAL BUILDERS WHEREAS, the Town of Hyde Park entered into a contract with Transitional Builders to provide construction and material for the Town of Hyde Park Police and Court Facility at a contract amount of $1,609,449.57 WHEREAS, a Contract Change Order has been submitted by the Contractor in the form of AIA Document G701-2001 (Change Order No. 006) requesting an increase in the Contract price of $1,773.88 WHEREAS, the Change Order has been reviewed and approved by Mauri Associates Architects, PC, the Towns consulting architects for said project. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Hyde Park Supervisor is hereby authorized to sign the Change Order dated February 24, 2012 as approved by the Towns consulting architects to increase the contract price to $1,611, 223.45.
