Maureen Huthman Needs Assessment Data Results Students were asked 10 questions about their confidence in the topics

that would be covered during the Senior Seminar. The survey was first given to all seniors (244) a month before the Seminar. The seniors were given the same survey again at the end of the Seminar. Of the approximately 200 seniors who attended, 116 post-surveys were completed. Attrition is obviously an issue. Students were asked to rate their confidence on a scale from 1 (Not at all) to 5 (Absolutely) for each question. The numbers below represent the average rating for each question.
