    Amend Section 8-2- Preliminary Election Procedures:

    Delete:
    "Trustees under the Will of Charles E, Forbes; elector under the Oliver Smith Will,
    Superintendents of Smith's Agricultural School and the CommunityPreservation
    Committee, not less than 50 such Certified signatures

    Add: "trustees under the Will of Charles E. Forbes, elector under the Oliver Smith V{i.ll,'----------
    Superintendents of Smith's Agricultural School and the Community Preservation
    Committee, not less than 100 such Certified signatures.

    All of the above positions run citywide, and should be included with the other offices that
    require 100 such certified signatures. (Councilor at large, SchooL Committee· at Large or
    City Clerk)
