    CIRCULAR

    Since last some time, some of the employees especially in middle level and senior level management have been observed that reporting for duty late. It has also been reported that though they have came in time at time office, but reported at their workplace 10-15 minutes late than their shift start time. If shift start time is 09:00 o' clock that is time for reporting at workplace, not only for punch at Time Office. That is not followed by some of the employees. All employees working in the organization are hereby informed that breaching of this rule is a serious misconduct and shall be viewed seriously.

    Hence, it is inJormed to such employees that all will not only reach MDG in time but also report at their workplace on their shift start time. Such indiscipline is observed in the future, disciplinary actions shall be taken against such employees. All are hereby informed to take serious note of the same.
