HOW TO TURN ROWS INTO COLUMNS IN EXCEL

Highlight the rows or columns that you want to transpose. Right click on highlighted area and select Copy. Right click on the cell that you want to start the row or column from Select Paste Special. In the Paste Special window select the Transpose option. And click OK.

Note: You cannot select a cell that is already filled in as your starting cell to paste.
