It is important to have short and long term goals and know what you need to do to reach them.

To graduate from Ivy Tech with an Associate of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education To keep working to better my licensed family child care home to make it the best environment for children as possible To achieve NAFCC Accreditation in my licensed family home child care program

To continue learning how to better serve children by attending trainings, conferences, and possibly college courses

To graduate from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education To run my licensed family childcare home at least until I graduate from Ball State To find a job in the field of Early Childhood Education, preferably in the classroom, in which I can use my knowledge and skills that I have acquired through my college courses and experience to make a positive difference in the lives of young children
