AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

We the Spouses, Dr. Dennis Ramon M. Tudtud and Dr. Helen E. Tudtud, both of legal age and residents of 1101 Kalubihan Talamban, Cebu City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn accordance with law, depose and say that:

1. We are the parents of Dennis Thomas E. Tudtud II, Filipino, of legal age single and residents of 1101 Kalubihan Talamban Cebu City; 2. Being financially capable, we are planning to let our son join us for our trip to travel to Europe to visit different religious sites and attractions in various parts of Europe throughout the year; 3. We guarantee to support him completely abroad until his return to the Philippines; 4. We further guarantee that we will be held responsible for them the whole time and warrant that they will not become a public charge to any country or countries that he will be or may be visiting 5. This affidavit is executed for the sole purpose of attesting to the facts above set-forth
