    Becoming a Secured Party Creditor


    1. Create Security Agreement (and pre-date SA before UCC-1 filed). 2. Order a duplicate Social Security Card at the Social Security Administration if you don't have a card, or if your card doesn't have a CAPITAL LETTER and 8 digits on the back. 3. Send letters to Social Security Administration and State Voter Registration. 4. File UCC-1 with Secretary of State (birth state, resident state, Puerto Rico and/or any other state in which you have assets - see MSWord document "Sec of State Addresses") in relation to Debtor, Birth Certificate, SS# Account, Driver License, Marriage License, any other license, permits, etc. If you are born in a state where they reject the filing, then file in the State of Washington; then do an informational filing in the State that originally rejected the filing. 5. Do a Power of Attorney, Common Law Copyright Notice and Hold Harmless Agreement. Sign, witness (POA) and Notarize each where needed. These documents and their 'identifiers' can be listed on the UCC-1. Record the POA and Copyright Notice at County Recorder office as soon as they are correctly and fully prepared. 6. Stamp copy of Birth Certificate with 'Acceptance for Value' stamp and fill appropriate fields and sign in Blue Ink. 7. Prepare the CHARGE BACK PROCESS, i.e.: Cover Letter (Opening Contract Trust Account) Bill of Exchange 1040-ES (Go to http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf to find just the appropriate quarterly
    voucher)

    True and Correct copy of UCC-1 (and UCC-3 if necessary) AFV stamped Birth certificate ...Send to Secretary of Treasury of U.S., Mr. Paulson, via FedX, UPS or DHL. ...Send to Secretary of Treasury of PR via FedX, UPS or DHL. 8. Make 'color' copies (of signature pages and those that have color) of your original documents before shipping/mailing. It is also suggested that you make a 'second' set of original documents, signed in blue ink, so that as needed, you can make regular copies and place them under COPY CERTIFICATION. Keep all 'originals' in a safe place.
