TOGETHER FOR YOUTH

This program is a grantee of Iowa FutureNet. As part of TFYs collaborative efforts, we are proud to have helped them realize a significant decline in teen births in Black Hawk County. Births for teens ages 15 to 19 dropped from 17.5 percent in 1995 to 8.7 percent in 2006. This represents a savings of more than $30 million in Black Hawk County (based on 823 fewer teens giving birth over 11 years).
