When youre the market leader, its hard to know how to combat all the competing market noise. St. Lukes decided to take the NICU chatter head-on with the ME&V-designed Right Now Experience Counts campaign. A series of newspaper ads, billboards and a new brochure helped tell the St. Lukes story and retain market share. One ad featured the NICU team of physicians and a brand new baby.
