Invitation to attend a focus group to provide input into the analysis of the Continuing Care Teams, Metro North

Do you regularly see a case manager from the Northern (E-Floor Clinic at the Hospital) or Southern (Fortitude Valley Clinic) Continuing Care Teams at the Royal Brisbane and Womens Hospital? Are you a carer, family member, or significant other of someone who receives services from the Continuing Care Teams? You are invited to provide feedback about your experience with the service. We are seeking consumers and carers to participate in a 1 hour feedback session. Participants will have an opportunity to contribute to improving the Mental Health Service for our consumers and carers and will be remunerated in accordance with the RBWHs guideline on Consumer and Carer Remuneration within Mental health. The feedback session will be held on Thursday 26th April from 1pm to 2pm at Windsor address to be advised.
