FOR THE

ADVANCEMENT

OF

PROPERTY AND TRADEMARK UNDER THE GREAT SEAL OF CHAKCHIUMA SEKTCHI WASHITAW TRIBAL TRUST

The Chakchiuma Sektchi Washitaw Tribal Trust files this Constructive and Public Notice of the creation and establishment of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLE, also known as NAAIP, a tribal institution established under the Chakchiuma Sektchi Washitaw Tribal Trust. An Institution Owned, Created and Operated Exclusively by the Chakchiuma Sektchi Washitaw Tribal Trust. This honorable, respectful and proper Constructive and Public Notice formally initiates the genuine efforts of the Autochthon Chakchiuma Sektchi Nation to engage and establish its lawful, political and legal institutions, including the NAAIP, whose MISSION STATEMENT (Descriptive) includes: The development of think tanks and other groups focused on the research, preservation and rediscovery of historical cultural information, and social sciences of Americas un-documented indigenous peoples mis-classified as Negro, Colored, Black and African American; The re-education of Americas dark-skinned indigenous peoples as to their hidden ancestral identity; and, The offering of platforms providing opportunities for action, support and education enabling Americas dark-skinned indigenous peoples to re-learn and re-develop ancestral means of selfsustainability and autonomy within their communities.

The institution was founded by Chief Researcher and Director of the NAAIP Hemoc Tonakhan Xelup (pronounced SHEE-LUP) of the Chakchiuma Sektchi Nation, descendant of natural inhabitants of Turtle Island (America). Hemoc Xelup combines methods of spiritualism, philosophy and law for providing remedy and understanding concerning the true history of many dark-skinned indigenous people in America. The NAAIP began as a research group studying United States Constitutional Law and International Law. The group has provided free research information to thousands of fellow researchers, cultural ancestry seekers and researchers, and Native American and American indigenous groups, tribes, clans and nations across the country. Information and resources have also been provided to un-schooled scholars, academics and research institutions in search of the true origins of the dark people of America. NAAIP researchers pull from more than 600 years of international and national archives revealing unknown truths about a people who have been intentionally race mis-classified as members of a slave class, effectively removing human rights protections under international law. Through the sharing of information and legal resources, NAAIP members gain greater insight pertaining to privileges, immunities and rights under International and American Indian Law. The NAAIP also assists members in researching and filing claims for rights violations, corporate identity theft, housing fraud and international human rights violations against women and children within the indigenous American community. NAAIP reveals, promotes and protects the hidden cultures and rights of Americas dark aboriginals (dark Indians) as an endeavor to repair and reverse the seemingly irreversible cultural damage of colonization, which has forever changed the face of aboriginal American society. The NAAIP is an active supporter and member of the United Nations Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) indigenous cultural and social science community.
