Vacuworx International warrants the original purchaser on new equipment
manufactured by Vacuworx to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship, while in normal use and service, for a period of three months (90
days) on labor and one (1) year on parts beginning on the date of delivery to the
original purchaser. Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement or repair, at
Vacuworx sole discretion, of parts deemed defective in materials or workmanship once
inspected by Vacuworx. Use of replacement parts that do not meet Vacuworx
specifications will void your warranty. All warranty repairs will be done by Vacuworx
Authorized Technicians only. Replacement parts will be made with same or like item
from Vacuworx. Please contact Vacuworx regarding any warranty issues, within the
warranty period, to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) within 15 days of any
occurrence. All warranty returns must be accompanied by an RGA. Product being
returned for warranty consideration must be shipped freight prepaid.
This warranty is applicable only to new equipment that has not been altered, modified
or changed in any manner without the written permission of Vacuworx.
Warranty consideration on trade accessories is that of the respective
manufacturer to the extent that Vacuworx can enforce.

purchaser could incur an additional core charge on their invoice. Please contact
